Trustee – Volunteer
Anderson Knight are delighted to be working in partnership with Real Life Options to support the appointment of new Trustees in Scotland.
Founded in 1992, Real Life Options empowers individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live more independently, with choice and dignity. Now a leading national provider of care and support, the charity remains deeply committed to its founding values.
We’re seeking passionate, values-driven individuals to join their Board of Trustees. As a Trustee, you’ll take on a non-executive leadership role, helping to shape strategy, ensure good governance, and support the long-term sustainability of the organisation.
We’re particularly keen to hear from people with experience in:
- Social care
- Finance, legal, or governance
- PR and communications
Time commitment:
- 4 board meetings per year (2 in Scotland, 2 in England)
- Additional time for preparation and optional sub-committees
- Voluntary role (expenses reimbursed)
