Anderson Knight is recruiting an experienced Telesales Representative for a well-established company based in Glasgow.
The role of the Telesales Representative is to develop a list of potential clients through lead generation from the Client’s website and social media channels.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate a database of potential sales leads in the UK through proactive calls and emails.
• Handle inbound calls from prospective customers.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand customer requirements.
• Generate interest and schedule appointments over the phone.
• Provide input to Sales Management on developing additional business and generating more leads (e.g., sales flyers, selling strategy, target customer groups, etc.).
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage welcome calls to set customer expectations through the onboarding journey and aftercare.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and call frequency.
• Conduct upselling calls to the existing customer base on a scheduled basis.
• Handle the administration of order processing, including initial orders.
• Provide input to Management on product and sales strategy.
