Anderson Knight Recruitment are recruiting a Senior HR Adviser on behalf of our client based in Stirling. This is a full time position with flexibility around hybrid working. This is a FTC position until April 2025, with a high likelihood of going permanent thereafter. You will work as part of a small team, playing a pivotal role in providing strategic and operational HR support to the organisation. You will be responsible for guiding and advising on a range of HR matters, ensuring HR policies and procedures are kept up to date, and contributing to the development of the HR strategy. This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented professional with a strong background in generalist HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support the recruitment process, including interviewing, onboarding, and talent management.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct performance management and support employee development programs.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
