Senior Finance Manager
Anderson Knight are looking for a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our clients group treasury, trading and consolidated financial reporting. This is a pivotal role where you’ll partner with the Finance Director and Leadership Team to shape financial strategy, maximise profitabilitY and ensure strong cashflow and investment discipline.
You’ll lead a high-performing finance team, oversee financial planning and performance at group level, and provide commercial support across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven finance professional to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, managing, and developing a high-performing finance team
- Overseeing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reviews
- Managing group cashflow, investments, and CAPEX processes
- Producing and presenting monthly management accounts and financial outlooks
- Leading external audits and statutory accounts completion
- Reviewing and improving finance policies, processes, and controls
- Partnering with senior stakeholders on financial strategy, risks, and opportunities
- Providing commercial support on bids, pricing models, and client negotiations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, and insurers
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA)
- Strong experience in group consolidation, statutory accounts and cashflow management
- Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to challenge, influence, and drive performance improvements
