Senior Finance Assistant

Anderson Knight are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing client based in the West End of Glasgow who are looking to add a Senior Finance Assistant on a permanent basis. This opportunity would be a great fit for someone who has solid experience in a Finance role and are looking to take their next step in their career to fuller and more all-rounded finance position.

This role offers a hybrid working model and a salary of £30-33K based on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities;

• Weekly payment runs
• IR35 checks
• Enter overhead invoices
• Enter petty cash transactions
• Process credit applications for new suppliers
• Retention release preparation and payout
• Respond to Credit Control & Finance mailboxes
• Credit control duties
• Reconcile petty cash
• Process overhead re-charge journals
• Month end tasks
