Sales Representative

This role would suit someone with previous sales or account management experience, particularly within farming, agriculture, machinery, or outdoor-related industries.

The Role

• Manage and grow your designated territory, identifying new business opportunities and developing existing accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted point of contact within the industry.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach activity, and relationship building.
• Deliver tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation, closing, and ongoing account management.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

About You

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or territory sales.
• Knowledge or interest in agriculture, farming, machinery, or outdoor industries would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated approach.
• Excellent organisational and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
