Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturer representatives.
  • Support the sales process from enquiry through to completion, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer engagement activities.
  • Assist customers with product information, machine specifications, and sales enquiries.

Administration & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM and internal systems.
  • Support sales reporting, quotations, and general sales administration.
  • Coordinate deliveries and transport schedules to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Liaise with internal departments including parts, service, and administration teams to ensure smooth operations.

Business Support

  • Assist with the organisation of trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities.
  • Support machine handovers and customer demonstrations where required.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the sales team.

About You

  • Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, sales administration, or a similar commercial role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
  • Interest or experience within agriculture, machinery, construction, or a related industry would be advantageous.
