Recoveries Analyst
Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Recoveries Analyst to join one of our clients in Glasgow. My client specialises in Motor Finance. As the Recoveries Analyst you will be responsible for contacting customers who are in default with the company and seek solutions which deliver good customer outcomes.
Main responsibilities:
- Undertake inbound and outbound collections calls and email communication with customers that are in a default with the company.
- Main point of contact for giving advise and negotiate with customer on suitable, affordable, and sustainable repayment plans to drive the best possible outcome.
- Complete income and expenditure assessments where appropriate and make decisions to ensure customer affordability on all repayment’s solutions.
- Updating all customer details
- Deal with vulnerable customers
- Follow all compliance procedures
