Part Time Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounts to trial balance.
- Prepare management accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage the sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Work closely with the General Managers and cross functional teams.
- Collaborate with external accountants on year-end accounts, stocktaking and other periodic financial tasks.
- Provide financial data and reports to support annual insurance renewals and grant/funding applications.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, management accounts, and financial controls.
- Ability to work independently and manage financial processes efficiently.
- Experience liaising with external accountants and handling payroll queries.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
