Anderson Knight is recruiting an experienced PA for a company based in the heart of Glasgow.


The main function of the role is to deliver a range of general organisational support and administrative duties to aid the Executive and Senior Management Teams.

Functioning as the “front of house,” you will also maintain the office environment’s efficiency and safety.


Main duties and responsibilities are:

• Organise and manage meetings and corporate events, coordinating with external parties as necessary.

• Arrange and oversee travel arrangements for the Executive and Senior Management team as needed.

• Draft and refine correspondence, communications, presentations, and other corporate documents, including taking meeting minutes when required.

• Assist in managing and updating Executives’ schedules and appointments.

• Take charge of facilities management, including communication with landlords and third-party utility providers.

• Ensure the office’s safety and efficiency by liaising with corporate suppliers for stationery, confidential waste disposal, and fire authorities as necessary.

• Be present on-site to coordinate the arrival of visitors and vendors as needed.

• Manage inventory and procure office supplies as necessary.

• Aid the HR team in efficiently on boarding and off boarding colleagues, including liaising with IT, issuing office passes, keys, and fobs, and providing office orientation during induction.


Key attributes and skills: 

• Essential experience in a similar fast-paced, multi-functional role.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional and positive relationships with Executive Directors, Senior Managers, and other key internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability with a “can do” attitude.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

• Possesses excellent communication skills.
