Maintenance Manager
Anderson Knight has an Excellent opportunity with our client for a Maintenance Engineer.
The role is to provide support for the production lines & carry out asset care tasks to a high standard, ensuring that safety, quality, & output targets are achieved
Duties
- Provide line support
- Carry out reactive maintenance & corrective maintenance as required.
- Support changeovers in areas where engineering expertise is needed.
- Carry out asset care tasks on production equipment as directed.
- Drive continuous improvement through:
- Identify & implement line improvement project.
- Support production improvement projects as required.
- Support site BRC compliance activities
About You
Time served Engineer with recognised trade qualification in relevant engineering discipline.
- Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of equipment utilised in services, filling, packing and palletisation.
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools
- Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPI’s
- Working knowledge of best practice asset care principles
- Strong fault-finding experience
- Experience in performing changeovers. Experience working within time critical production.
- FMCG experience would be desirable
