Anderson Knight are working exclusively with a client who are looking to add an L&D Coordinator to their growing team. As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives, helping colleagues grow and thrive. You’ll take a hands-on role in coordinating and rolling out learning programmes, managing systems, and ensuring a seamless experience for our colleagues.

  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable working with systems like LMS and producing reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of learning journeys and induction programmes for new and existing colleagues.
  • Support the creation of e-learning modules, workshops, and other learning resources.
  • Help implement and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS), acting as a key system administrator and point of contact.
  • Gather and analyse feedback and data to measure the effectiveness of learning programmes.
  • Assist the wider HR Team in embedding the Performance & Development process across the organisation.
  • Coordinate skills-based workshops that support performance and development conversations.
  • Help manage data and reports to identify performance trends and development needs.
  • Support the wider HR Team in maintaining the Career Development Framework.
  • Work with teams to update and standardise job profiles across the organisation.
  • Assist with the coordination and analysis of colleague engagement surveys.
  • Support the delivery of engagement activities, including wellbeing programmes, annual flu vaccinations, and health checks.
  • Promote our values and culture through targeted engagement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for Leadership Development Workshops and initiatives.
  • Assist in creating digital solutions for self-directed learning.
  • Help measure the impact of leadership development programmes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within Learning & Development or HR.
  • Experience delivering or supporting workshops or training sessions.
  • Experience in designing e-learning content.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to gather and present data clearly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
