Junior Buyer
Anderson Knight is currently recruiting a Junior Buyer to join one of our clients based in Clydebank.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing products and suppliers to meet the company’s requirements
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
- Monitor and analyse market trends to ensure competitive pricing and product availability
- Help with stock management, including order placement and stock replenishment
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure that all procurement activities are in line with company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the buying team, including data entry and reporting
Skills & Experience:
- A passion for retail, fashion, or the relevant industry sector
- Previous experience in a buying or purchasing role (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
