Anderson Knight is recruiting an experienced HR Systems Analyst for our global client based in Glasgow. This is a hybrid working, full-time role, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, for an initial fixed term of 12 months. Based at the company’s Glasgow office where you will deliver, accurate, and timely HR analytics, KPIs, reports and dashboards while utilising analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to support key decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the systems administrator, supporting colleagues with System queries
  • Manage the quarterly update process, including regression testing, tracking bugs, updating user guides
  • Communicating any changes to the relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with the system provider on a regular basis
  • System configuration and testing
  • Prepare reports and collate data that supports HR analytics
  • Liaise between HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT for the successful delivery of HR technology and data.
  • Support the implementation of future HR technology needs or additional modules

Role Criteria

  • Atleast 1 years experience in a HR Systems role using Oracle
  • Strong degree of MS Excel knowledge
  • Understanding of key HR processes.
  • Ability to Analyse complex HR data
  • Ability to work independently using your own initiative and work well as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
