Anderson Knight are recruiting a HR Manager for our client based in South Lanarkshire. This role will report into the Senior HR Business Partner and work alongside key business stakeholders to deliver the HR Strategy. You will be operationally focused as well as driving HR projects and initiatives.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • You will be advising and supporting Directors and other stakeholders with organisational changes including people-related issues
  • Taking accountability for all HR documentation, ensuring full compliance
  • Carry out HR audits as and when required
  • Working alongside the Group HR Manager on any projects across the business
  • Oversee the onboarding and induction processes
  • Managing complex or high-risk cases
  • Reviewing company benefit arrangement when required
  • Supporting senior managers and directors with annual pay reviews
  • Ensuring the HR system is kept accurate and up-to-date
  • Working along side the wider HR team to review and improve the recruitment strategies
  • Supporting the HR Advisor to manage disciplinary, absence & performance issues.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

 

  • You must have a CIPD level 5 qualification
  • A minimum of two years working in a senior HR role
  • Experience working with directors and stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a fast paced business
  • Ideally have experience from the FMCG, manufacturing or logistics industries
