We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced HR Generalist in a newly appointed team.
As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for providing a proactive, timely and comprehensive advisory service to the Human Resource Partners and aligned managers.
This role is crucial in driving an excellent operational service focusing on customer experience and continuous improvements.
You will be responsible for supporting mangers through case work, overseeing payroll, recruitment processes and undertaking policy development. You will also be pivotal in delivering projects as part of the People Strategy with a focus on continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and will have worked in a similar role. You will have the ability to foster excellent working relationships, ensuring a high level of customer service. It is essential that you have up to date knowledge of current and forthcoming employment legislation/best practice.
This role will also involve working with recognised traded unions, so it is essential that you have people management skills.
