HR Consultant

Anderson Knight is working with a global client, seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months. This role is pivotal in supporting the firm with the development of HR policies and covering general HR duties. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write comprehensive HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of a global firm.
• Provide general HR support, including handling employee inquiries, managing HR documentation, and supporting HR processes.
• Review and update existing HR policies to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Assist with the implementation of new HR initiatives and programs.
• Offer guidance on various HR issues, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective policy integration and adherence.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a senior HR role with a focus on policy development.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and global HR compliance.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create clear and effective HR policies.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent experience.
