Our client is a leading professional services firm seeking a HR Business Partner to join their HR team. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with senior management to drive HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the firm’s goals and objectives.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support on a wide range of topics, including talent management, organisational development, and employee relations.
- Lead initiatives in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Analyse and interpret HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations, while maintaining best practices in HR management.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organisational culture.
- Act as a change agent by leading HR transformation projects and driving continuous improvement within the HR function.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role (within a professional services environment would be desirable).
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, organisational development, and employee relations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive HR decisions and strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing complex HR issues and leading change initiatives.
- Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent experience.
