Our client is recruiting a HR Business Partner to join their team in Lanarkshire on a permanent basis. The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide hands-on support to employees, managers, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver effective training and development programs.
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and practices.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Champion a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Senor HR Advisory role within a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving business results through people.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
