Currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the team and play a pivotal role in bridging the finance function with operational teams, providing strategic financial insights and analysis to drive business performance.

The Finance Business Partner will combine financial expertise with a deep understanding of the organisation’s objectives, influencing decision-making, and delivering value-added financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for assigned business areas.
•    Analyse financial performance and variances against budget and forecast, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
•    Develop robust financial models to support decision-making and assist with business case preparation.
•    Cultivate strong relationships with operational managers, becoming their trusted advisor on all financial matters.
•    Work closely with business units to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue generation.
•    Provide financial input and monitor performance metrics in support of strategic projects.
•    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting key trends and areas requiring attention.
•    Present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to non-finance stakeholders.
•    Contribute to the development of KPIs and dashboards to facilitate more effective performance tracking.
•    Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
•    Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies within the designated business areas.
•    Assist in internal and external audits by providing the necessary documentation and explanations.
•    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
•    Lead initiatives aimed at improving financial literacy across the organisation.
•    Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will be:
•    Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, CIMA)
•    Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering roles.
•    Strong analytical abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
•    Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
