Finance Business Partner
Anderson Knight are pleased to be partnering with our established client for the key appointment of a Finance Business Partner, based out of their Glasgow on a hybrid basis.
The successful candidate will be exposed to a fast-paced, acquisitive and ever-changing corporate environment, reporting directly to the Finance Director.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Responsible for preparing management accounts for multiple business units, including consolidation.
· Includes preparation of aligned Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
· Serve as the primary finance point of contact for the Division.
· Prepare monthly BU and Divisional revenue reports in accordance with IFRS, meeting all group reporting deadlines..
· Compile monthly reporting packs with key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and analysis to help operational teams understand performance drivers.
· Contribute to ongoing ERP system enhancement initiatives.
· Proactively identify and implement improvements to financial processes.
· Support ad hoc financial tasks and projects as needed.
· Participate in business planning activities, including budget and forecast preparation.
· Provide commercial and financial coaching to operational staff as required.
The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified accountant (ACCA/CA/CIMA)
- At least 5+ years post qualified experience
- Operationally focused with excellent communication skills
- Experienced of working closely with senior management
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work to tight monthly deadlines and strict reporting deadlines.
