Location: Field-based – Covering Scotland & North England

Anderson Knight are currently recruiting a Sales Manager for a rapidly growing company in the construction sector. Their cutting-edge, newly built facility in Irvine is equipped with state-of-the-art robotic technology, positioning us as a leader in the Green Tech industry. With ambitious growth plans ahead, they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to help accelerate our expansion and drive success across Scotland and North England.

The Role:
This field-based role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and expand an established customer base while actively seeking new business opportunities across the territory. You will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Growth: Manage and nurture an established customer base, focusing on repeat business while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • New Business Development: Proactively generate new business by expanding our market presence and forging new customer relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-lasting, trusted relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets & Performance: Own and exceed annual sales targets, ensuring both personal and company objectives are met.
  • Territory Management: Effectively plan your journey to cover Scotland and North England, ensuring strong coverage and maximum impact.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales within the housebuilding sector is essential.
  • Leadership & Initiative: A self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with the drive to manage and grow a sales territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels, including senior management.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable in a high-pressure environment, maintaining focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with great attention to detail.
