Anderson Knight is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Team Leader for one of our exclusive niche clients based in Glasgow City Centre.

This is not just a normal day to day Customer Service Manager role this is a role with a twist and where 2 days will never be the same! You will only be on the phone around 20% of your working week.

Our client is a worldwide and global retail manufacturer and we are looking for some to head up the Customer Service Team which is a team of 3.  The role will be to day to day manage the team but also look at various ways my client can provide excellent customer service to their clients and also looking of various ways they can improve.

The role is extremely customer focused dealing with worldwide customers,

This is a full time and permanent vacancy working business hours – no evenings or weekends.

Duties:

Day to day managing of Customer Service Team of 3 Resolving escalations in a timely and professional manner which will be worldwide customers

Ensure customer service excellence is delivered at all times Dealing with various retails such as Amazon and Shopify Assisting in Ecommerce shopping

Liaising with suppliers Ensuring excellent customer service at all times Sending out samples to potential customers

Dealing with reviews on Social Media Data and KPI reporting

Liaising with supply chain to ensure stock is allocated Assisting in product launches Galvanizing the team each day Manage social media workflow

Looking at retailer and market shopping trends from social media Training, coaching and mentoring the team Running team reports Budget management Looking after absence and holidays
