Anderson Knight is working in partnership with a prestigious drinks company based in Catrine, Scotland, to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their Customer Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to build their career within a well-established and supportive business.
This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is interested in customer service and office based work. You will join a friendly, supportive team where full training will be provided.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will help with basic admin tasks, respond to customer enquiries, and support the team with day to day duties. This is a great opportunity to build confidence, learn new skills, and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the shared customer service inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail
- Provide general administrative support to the customer service team and wider business
- Prepare and update documents, reports and spreadsheets using MS Office, particularly Excel
- Support internal processes to ensure efficient workflow and strong customer service delivery
- Work closely with a small team of three, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service support role
- Confident using MS Office packages, especially Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow and progress within the business
- Due to limited transport links, a full driving licence and access to a car are essential
