We are looking for a dedicated Complaints Advisor to join our clients financial services client in Glasgow. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have concerns or complaints. You will work to investigate, resolve, and respond to complaints efficiently, ensuring a fair outcome for all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints through phone, email, and written communication.
- Investigate complaints thoroughly and fairly, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather information and reach resolutions.
- Provide clear and professional responses to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and actions taken.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to prevent recurring issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a complaints handling role, ideally within financial services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and industry guidelines is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
