Business Systems Analyst

Anderson knight has a new opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst (IT) to support the ongoing development of our clients IFS ERP system who will work with subject matter experts within the business to establish system requirements and develop the required solution. You will also have an opportunity to play a significant role in the upgrade to IFS Cloud.

Key Duties and responsibilities: 

• IFS User Training

• Maintain all IFS user guides and process flow charts

• Lead IFS functionality enhancements

• Maintain clear and standard IFS user guides/process flow charts

• Regularly review and remediate IFS failed background jobs, application messages and print errors

• Carry out functionality testing and data validation

• Ensure user IFS permissions are assigned appropriately

• Lead IFS functionality change requests and projects

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3 years of experience with ERP systems (IFS experience advantageous)

• 0365 applications – Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint

• Experience of delivering training and producing training documentation

• Experience of overseeing ERP functionality enhancements

• Ability to work from our clients Glasgow office at least 2 days per week
