Business Development Manager

Anderson Knight is recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our client based in Bathgate. This is a full-time, on-site role with regular travel across the UK to meet with existing and prospective clients.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to help shape the future of the business.

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities across various sectors.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing clients and potential customers.

• Prepare and deliver quotations, follow up with clients, and close business deals.

• Travel across the UK to meet with clients, attend meetings, and represent the company at events.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.

• A technical background is preferred.
