A manufacturing company based in Troon is currently looking to recruit a B2B salesperson. The company has operations across multiple locations in Ireland and Scotland.

Job Description

The Internal Salesperson, reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, will be part of a team that supports the company’s continued growth and investment in the UK and Irish markets, specifically in the construction, pallet wood, and fencing industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts and conduct sales, both repeat and new, over the phone to an established customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet agreed targets.
  • Experience with an ERP system for order processing is a plus but not essential.
  • Record all relevant market information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate sales needs with the production department.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Perform general day-to-day office administration.

Skills Profile

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, goal-oriented, and thrive on challenges. A third-level qualification and/or a minimum of two years of sales experience would be advantageous.
