Anderson Knight is recruiting an Administrator for a very reputable business in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to the smooth running of the operations over the next year.
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, hybrid working; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the office.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Handle email correspondence and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools.
• Support the team with project administration, including tracking project timelines, managing documents, and liaising with stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience:
• Strong administrative skills with experience in a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of excel.
• Experience in project administration is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
