Our Director & Head of HR, Gillian Pate, was delighted to attend the Scottish Women in Business Awards 2026, held at The Exchange. An afternoon dedicated to recognising the incredible women driving impact and innovation across Scotland’s business community.
The event brought together some of the country’s most talented, driven, and inspiring women for an afternoon that combined celebration with genuine connection. From the drinks reception and lunch through to the awards presentations and networking, every part of the day was designed to shine a light on the achievements, resilience, and ambition of women across Scottish business.
It’s always fab connecting with like-minded people, and events like SWIB are a brilliant reminder of just how much talent, drive, and support exists within our business community. Whether it’s through mentorship, collaboration, or simply celebrating one another’s wins, there’s real strength in coming together like this — and we’re proud to be part of a network that values that so highly!
