Anderson Knight are seeking a motivated individual to join our client, an established professional services firm as an HR Assistant. In this role you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with a wide range of tasks.
This is a developmental role that offers a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to grow and make an impact and grow with the business. Our client is looking for an individual with a desire to learn and offers opportunities for professional development. You will have the autonomy to take ownership of recruitment processes and will be actively involved in employee relations matters, ensuring that you develop a well-rounded skill set in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies to screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
- Assist with ER issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Provide support to managers.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, on boarding materials, and employee records. Ensure all HR processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Get involved in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required.

- A confident individual who can take the initiative with tasks independently.
- Previous experience in an HR or recruitment role is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable interacting with people at all levels.
- Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail. You can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Someone who enjoys problem-solving and are is able to navigate complex situations with tact and professionalism.
- An individual with a collaborative mindset with the ability to work well as part of a team, while also being self-sufficient.
